You can pay by: Prepayment via bank transfer, credit card, Paypal, Klarna, sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Further details on payment If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods. In case of questions, please contact us at the contact details mentioned in the Imprint.

VAT
We ship from Berlin Germany. For EU customers: due to new European VAT regulations, the final VAT to be paid, is the VAT of your country and will be displayed at check out, after filling in your delivery adress. For outside EU customers, the final price is without VAT and you might have to pay your VAT, import tax and a handling cost upon arrival of your package.

Returns

We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. For customers from Germany and the EU, a return slip is provided inside the parcel. Please note, we will deduct your original shipping costs for the return shipment when refunding your returned item. Please check our FAQ for details on how to return your order. You can also contact our service team via info@lempelius.net. We are happy to support you with documents and questions regarding dispatch conditions. In case of refused orders shipping costs and all occurring costs for the return will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Germany.

Please allow 24-48 business hours for order processing before dispatching.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

We are unable to deliver to post office boxes or storage units. Please make sure to provide us with a valid shipping address.

Delivery periods

Deliveries will be processed during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered within the following time frame.

Estimated delivery time:

Germany: 3-5 working days

European delivery: 3-7 working days

Non-European delivery: 5-10 working days

Please be aware that for deliveries outside of the EU delays can occur depending on the handling of VAT taxes and custom duties. Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.

Special advice for customers outside the EU:

Duty and taxes have to be paid for goods shipped outside the European Union. In general, import duty is a tax that the importer has to pay to bring foreign goods into his or her country. Import VAT (Value Added Tax) is a tax charged on imported goods and services.

If you live outside the European Union, we will send your order free of German VAT-tax.

Then duty and VAT of your own country will apply upon delivery.

Duty and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the value of the imported goods, consisting of the product value and the freight and insurance costs. Import duty rates vary depending on the type of goods and the country you wish to import good to. Please contact your customs office for specific prizes, regulations, and processes.
